Jesús Esparragoza Romano, MD
Jesús Esparragoza, M.D. is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology. He graduated in 1977 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University Autónoma de Guadalajara, and acquired the title of Surgeon.
He conducted his fellowship in Adult Cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston. He is also an Interventional Cardiologist.
He was a pioneer in stem cell therapies following approved protocols by COFEPRIS. He, in conjunction with several other doctors, conducted the first heart transplant in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Carlos Dueñas, MD
Carlos Dueñas MD, graduated as a surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine at University Autónoma of Mexico.
He has worked as a staff Physician and clinical researcher at the Unit of Molecular Biology in Medicine, at the Civil Hospital in Guadalajara.
He currently works as a Medical Director at the Hospital San Javier of Guadalajara, and is the President of the Ethics Committee and Research, as well as the General Coordinator of the Organ Transplant program and Head of the Clinical Research Unit.
Carlos Saavedra, MD
Carlos Saavedra, M.D graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Guadalajara in 1979.
He became a specialist in Anesthesiology at the Civil Hospital in Guadalajara in 1983, and is founding member of the College of Anesthesiologists of Jalisco A.C.
He is also a Member of Association of Anesthetists of Jalisco Medical College A. C.; a founding member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital San Javier, Guadalajara; a founding member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan Jalisco, and a member of the REESPALDA Foundation, Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan Jalisco. From 1983 to date, he has also engaged in private practice.
Manuel Solano, MD
Dr. Manuel Solano graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University Autónoma de Guadalajara. In 1984 studied Internal Medicine at the ABC Medical Center in México City.
He has certifications from the Mexican Council of Internal Medicine and the Mexican Council of Hematology. He has developed his professional experience in the areas of Hematology, Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplantation.
Jesus Alexandro Vazquez Lopez, MD
Jesus Alexandro Vazquez Lopez, M.D. graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University Autónoma de Guadalajarain 2000 and with a specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2008.
He is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics at the Hospital Angel Leaño at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. Dr. Vazquez Lopez is also an active member of “AMECRA”, “AMOT” and “CEMOT”. He has received multiple certifications in Ortho Pilot for Hip and Knee and Principles of Surgical Treatment of Fractures. He has completed several studies on the advances in osteosynthesis “Pelvis and Acetabulum Injuries” and Bone Tumors. Today, Dr. Vazquez Lopez is a part of the medical staff of Rehealth and the Hospital San Javier.
Rosenda Zárate, MD
Rosenda Zárate, M.D. graduated as a General Practitioner, specialized in Cardiology and Technical Support in interventional cardiac and peripheral Medicine in 1996 from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara
Certified in Argentina as an expert in Stem Cells transplant for cardiac diseases.
She has also received Training and Certification in Cardiological Research, in Regenerative cell therapy in Madrid, Spain. She has taken part in protocols of Research and in numerous conferences.
Dr. Rafael Gonzalez
Rafael González Ph.D. Studied Biological Sciences (Ph.D.), Reeve-Irvine Research Center, Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology, University of California, Irvine, California.
He was a member of the International Society for Cell Transplantation and from 2004 to date is a member of the Society of Neuroscience
Principal investigator involved in clinical studies for the development of the use of adult derived stem cells for spinal cord injury, cardiomyopathy and other debilitating disorders. His experience is extensive in stem cell culture and cell biology from various developmental stages. His most recent publication has lead to licensing technology for cord blood banks throughout the world.
From 2011 to date, he works as Vice President of Research and Development at Da Vinci Biosciences, LLC & DV Biologics LLC, Costa Mesa, CA, USA.
