Securing a Treatment Date

In order to secure a treatment date, Rehealth requires a deposit of $2,000 USD. This deposit is deducted in its entirety from your treatment total. This deposit is fully refundable for the first 14 days of receipt. Afterwards, there is an administrative fee of $500 USD. If you need to reschedule your treatment, you can postpone to any date up to 6 months after the original date. The new treatment date could be subject to a different quote. Please contact one of our Patient Coordinators who will assist you.

 

Remaining Balance

In order to schedule all the physicians and facilities required for each individual treatment, we require payment of the remaining balance at least 14 days prior to the chosen start date.

 

Payment Options

Payments can be done either via PayPal, credit card or direct wire transfer. There might be additional fees associated to each option. Your Patient Coordinator will help you choose the best one and give you instructions for either of them. Depending on your chosen method you will be issued a receipt of the transaction immediately or up to 48 hours after confirmation.

 

Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your treatment we respectfully request you give us a 14 day notice to receive a full refund (minus the $500 USD administrative fee). Should you decide to cancel within 14 days of the treatment date you will be charged a cancellation fee of $2,000 USD.

 

Change of Treatment Date

Once a treatment date has been secured and full balance has been received you can reschedule your treatment to any date within 6 months of the original date. We respectfully request a 14 day notice to avoid fees. There is a $500 USD rescheduling fee after this time.

 

Interruption of Treatment

You can request to speak to one of our doctors before you decide to come in for treatment. Your International Patient Coordinator can arrange for this at any time upon your request. Also, before you begin treatment you will have as much time as you need –in person– with our medical staff to ask questions before you decide to initiate treatment. Once initiated, you can decide to stop your treatment at any time during your visit. Our physicians will give you detailed instructions on how to do this and will continue care accordingly. However, it should be noted that once treatment has been initiated and any services have been provided, there will be no refunds (partial or total).

 

Natural Killer (NK) Cell Program Refund Policy

Once a sample has been collected and the laboratory has begun processing, no refunds will be issued for the $19,500 payment. This is due to the specialized nature of the NK cell processing.
